Born in Cádiz and raised in Madrid, Spain, my professional journey has taken me across many borders—France, Poland, Brazil and Vietnam—shaped by a deep commitment to engineering excellence, disruptive innovation, and human-centered leadership. With a foundation in Computer Science and Industrial Engineering, an Executive MBA, and a postgraduate degree in Sustainability and Circular Economy, I bring a multidisciplinary lens to solving complex challenges. I’m also currently pursuing a three-year program in Psychology to enrich my approach to conscious, inclusive leadership.
I began my career in the automotive sector, leading advanced manufacturing engineering, launching global production sites, and managing complex product development programs. As I moved into the renewable energy industry, I embraced opportunities to lead largescale transformation—introducing breakthrough technologies like additive manufacturing, robotics, and augmented reality into product development and operations. These technologies were still emerging, yet we succeeded in delivering both technical impact and a cultural shift toward innovation.
Today, I serve as the Artificial Intelligence, Innovation & Partnerships Officer within GE Vernova’s Electrification business. I work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and customer collaboration—incubating next-generation solutions, opening new markets, and advancing the digital maturity of our global teams.
What motivates me is the belief that true transformation happens when we align technical rigor with emotional intelligence. Whether deploying Lean practices, shaping global industrial standards, or mentoring the next generation of leaders, I bring a systems mindset and a passion for meaningful progress.
To me, leadership is a living practice—rooted in curiosity, courage, and care. I aim to create environments where innovation thrives, people grow, and the future is shaped not only by what we build, but by how we build it.
