Laura Lynn Vandiver is a transformer cooling expert and Business Development Manager at Paradoxe Corporation. She is a mother of three teenagers and lives in Jackson, Tennessee with her family, two cats and two dogs.
Laura studied at the University of Southern Indiana, Ivy Tech Community College and Ashford University. She holds a degree is in psychology.
She began her professional journey in the energy sector with Advanced Power Systems in 2006 as an agent representing brands such as Cooper Lighting Solutions, Cooper Power Systems (now Eaton’s Cooper Power Systems), Salisbury, QEI, GE-ITI, and Digital, Federal Pacific, Huskie Tools, Nordic Fiberglass, and BMC in the Caribbean and Latin American markets.
In 2010 she joined Paradoxe Corporation as an Account Executive, progressing to Director of Sales for the U.S. and Canadian territories. In 2018 she rose to the position of Business Development Manager to help spearhead a new transformer cooling fan initiative.
Today Laura continues her work to provide transformer cooling solutions and packages to utilities, industrials, service companies, repair shops, and transformer manufacturers worldwide. When she isn’t figuring out transformer cooling fan mounting solutions, she also likes roaming the hardware store, making repairs around the house, doing yardwork or taking walks in nature.
Laura is a free spirit at heart and the beach is her favorite place. Some day she wants to buy an RV and travel around the U.S.
